90-Day Return Policy

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have a 90-day right to cancel or return your order for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off" period expires 90 days after the day you received your item.

Hygiene Exception (Important)

Due to the nature of our products (earplugs), they are classified as personal care/hygiene goods. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. If the seal or packaging has been broken or tampered with, we cannot accept the return for health and hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at refund@veluna.ee. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (provided it is unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
