Veluna are earplugs, not earbuds.

  • Pre-installed ear tip - largest size

The largest ear tip is already fitted to Veluna. Always start with this one.

  • L - large ear tip

If the pre-installed ear tip feels too tight or too large, try the L ear tip next.

  • SM - combined ear tip

The upper part of the SM ear tip corresponds to size S, while the lower part corresponds to size M. Try it if the L ear tip still feels too large.

  • S - small ear tip

If the SM ear tip also feels too tight or does not rotate into the correct position, try the smallest S ear tip.

One ear may need size SM and the other size L - this is completely normal.

  • 1. Place it in your ear

First, place Veluna in your ear like a regular earbud. This is the starting position.

  • 2. Hold and rotate

Rotate Veluna upward, away from your earlobe, until it reaches the correct position shown in the photo.

  • 3. Correct position

Veluna should sit securely and comfortably in your ear, as shown in the photo.

Do not pull Veluna straight out - gently rotate it back and remove it from your ear.

Your ears need time to adjust

Use Veluna earplugs for 2–3 evenings in a row. The new silicone may feel firmer at first, but it becomes softer and more comfortable with use.

✓ Try them for several evenings in a row
✓ A slight feeling of discomfort at first can be normal
✓ If you feel strong pressure, try a smaller ear tip
✓ Each ear may need a different ear tip size
