At first, I thought the earplugs weren’t reducing enough noise. Then I watched the instructions and realised I had been inserting them incorrectly and using the wrong ear-tip size. Using them correctly - and choosing the right ear tips - changed everything.

At first, I thought the earplugs weren’t reducing enough noise. Then I watched the instructions and realised I had been inserting them incorrectly and using the wrong ear-tip size. Once I fixed both, the difference was immediately noticeable - the earplugs stayed in place much better and the noise became significantly quieter.
